Designed to have form, function and style. Hand made, strong and durable. Impervious to water, can handle hard impacts without shattering and It does not chip.

The Swirl effect may vay in each piece.

Care Instructions:

Ideal for cold food only. Wash in warm water only. You may want to keep its sheen by gently rubbing any oil onto it. Not suitable to place in oven, microwave oven or dishwasher. Please treat each piece with care. It is not a ceramic. As it is handmade , there might be tiny imperfections, however the quality is of a high standard.

Shipping:

We will ship for free with purchases over 300.00 within Australia and delivery times are usually 3-7 business days for a standard service.

If you would prefer to have it sent quicker, please add the express cost to your order at checkout, the delivery time is usually 1-2 days.

 Exchanges and Refunds:

 May we suggest that you open your gift box upon delivery to ensure that the item is in a perfect state. Please notify us of an item being damaged within a 2 day period.

Claims will only be accepted within this period.

We are not able to refund your purchase unless the item is damaged.

If we have agreed that you need to send the item back to us , the freight cost is your responsibility. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Once we receive the item and approve its damaged, a credit will automatically be made to your original method of payment.
